Failed download still registered as success

1. Use a non-existing add-on name, e.g. 'something-that-doesnt-exist'
2. Run puppet agent

Expected -> Task fails
Actual -> Task seems to succeed (but nothing is downloaded and on the next run it will retry).

Tested on osx.
