feat(nav): replace support-widget with Helora chat agent#1126

- AppNav 接入 Helora SDK：whale app 内嵌 webview 与 cn 站点跳过，其余环境（含本地 dev、线上正式）正常 boot；带 guest、configKey、source、headerActions
- SDK 由 VitePress head 静态注入到所有页面，AppNav 只负责等就绪 → boot → 订阅事件
- 主题切换通过 setThemeMode 热更新；语言切换走整页刷新，下次 mount 直接以新 locale boot
- 订阅 headerAction 事件接 "Submit Issue" 入口
- Drop UserAvatar/index.vue 里的 support-widget 残留 loader
- Add window.Helora 全局类型与 helora.submitIssue 三语 i18n key
- Seed .vscode cSpell 项目专用术语
