If Maximize Effect is enabled a maximized window disappears for shortly on titlebar click.

If the Maximizing effect is activated (Scale, easeInQuad, 100ms), klicking on the titlebar of a maximized or edge-tiled window makes it disappear for a short time.
This does only accor if the window was maximized by dragging it on the top border of the screen (or tiled by dragging it on the side of the screen). If it was maximized by clicking the maximize button, the problem stays out.

Just FYI, this issue is happening in my dual monitor setup, Cinnamon 1.8.8. When I maximize a window with double-click on my second (larger) monitor, it disappears. I must unmaximize it to have it return. The action on my laptop screen (which is smaller, and set as secondary) works fine.
