What documentation is needed?

Create a short runbook covering how the site is published, how the custom domain is configured, what DNS record is required, and how HTTPS is enabled once GitHub provisions the certificate.

Why is this documentation important?

The hosting steps need to be explicit so the Pages setup can be reproduced without re-discovering the domain and workflow settings during implementation or future maintenance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Runbook names github.lightspeedwp.agency as the canonical public URL
• DNS record details are documented
• GitHub Actions publishing is documented as the deployment path
• HTTPS enablement steps are documented
• The custom 404 requirement is documented
• Documentation is easy to find from the active project pack

Additional Context

This issue should point back to the planning pack and the eventual implementation workflow so the release path stays auditable.

Current implementation is in PR #769. The PR updates the GitHub Pages publishing and DNS runbook details as part of the WCEU site work; the remaining review and merge steps are tracked there.
