Overview

Create or update clear, step-by-step instructions for how AI agents should create GitHub issues to ensure proper template usage, automation triggering, and label assignment.

Scope

• Write clear instructions for AI agents on issue creation
• Include template selection guidelines
• Include frontmatter structure for issue automation
• Include label assignment strategy
• Include examples of well-formed issues
• Document the complete flow from intent → template → automation → result

Checklist

• Document template selection criteria
• Document required frontmatter fields
• Document label assignment strategy
• Create step-by-step instructions for issue creation
