Description

@ashleyshaw

Summary

Audit the wceu-2026/ folder and produce a concrete improvement plan for the GitHub talk content pipeline.

Primary objective: tighten NotebookLM inputs so they are deterministic, source-controlled, and explicitly pinned to develop URLs for key source files.

Scope

In scope:

  • Audit wceu-2026/ structure, naming, and content readiness for a conference talk workflow.
  • Identify gaps, stale content, and unclear sequencing across talk assets.
  • Propose actionable improvements with priority and effort.
  • Update NotebookLM guidance so the prompt/checklist are explicit about allowed sources and branch-pinned links.

Out of scope:

  • Final slide deck design execution.
  • Video/script production.

Must-Have Deliverables

  1. Folder audit report covering:
  • strengths
  • risks
  • missing artefacts
  • recommended changes (high/medium/low)
  1. NotebookLM prompt hardening plan for:
  • wceu-2026/notebooklm/deep-research-prompt.md
  • wceu-2026/notebooklm/source-ingestion-checklist.md
  1. Explicit develop-branch URLs in both files for core references, using:
  1. Suggested canonical source set for ingestion order:
  • foundation docs
  • architecture/governance docs
  • plugin-pack docs
  • talk-specific assets
  1. Acceptance checklist to verify no external/non-approved sources are used.

Acceptance Criteria

  • wceu-2026/ audit completed with clear, prioritised recommendations.
  • deep-research-prompt.md includes explicit develop URLs for key internal sources.
  • source-ingestion-checklist.md includes explicit develop URLs for key internal sources.
  • NotebookLM source policy is unambiguous (repo-only, no external links unless explicitly approved).
  • A clear next-step implementation sequence is documented for talk preparation.
