This PR is a follow-up to #1234.
As suggested there, it currently renames
PayeetoPaymentParametersandPayee.pubkeytoPaymentParameters.payee_pubkey.Should, for the sake of consistency,
Payee.featuresmaybe also get renamed toPaymentParameters.payee_features?
