Disposable ship-gate fixture for SUP-2265 — live fresh-host run of the ported
@jarvos/coding runTakeIssueToDone orchestrator (claim -> branch -> sliceReview ->
holisticReview -> fixRerun -> pullRequest -> postMergeSweep -> verifyClose).

Tracker issue: SUP-2319 (Paperclip). Adds the missing @jarvos/coding
entry to the top-level README repo tree and Modules section.

Review gates per the jarvos-repo gate-equivalence profile: CodeRabbit (slice) +
Codex GitHub review (holistic) on the PR head.
