Unstable: Import review page broken #5211

Observed behavior
While testing the search recommendations feature (as also observed by @ozer550), it appears that the review imports page is broken. It could also used some UI enhancements ie move the selected resources more centrally so there is consistency with the changes introduced in the search recommendations feature. cc @jtamiace

No errors have been observed, but it could be due to some bad css after the transition from less to scss.

UI should be consistent with changes introduced in the search recommendations feature

Bad/inconsistent UI/UX.
Steps to reproduce
- Select a channel to import resources into
- Import resources from other channels
- Select resources to import
- Click "Review" and observe the review page
