Overview

Provide a user interface that notifies Kolibri Studio admins of submissions to the Community Library, and allows those approvals to be approved or flagged.

Description and outcomes

  • The existing admin UI should be updated to include additional metadata related to the Community Library.
  • New screens to allow for review of the Community Library submissions, including being able to review prior submissions when there have been multiple.
  • Admins can approve submissions for immediate inclusion in the Community Library.
  • Admins can edit the submission metadata to correct or enhance the submitted metadata.
  • Admins can flag the submission if it does not meet standards (whether those specific to the Community Library or Kolibri Studio's general content standards).
  • Admins can add explanatory notes to the channel editor explaining how this can be corrected.
  • Admins can see notifications of submission to the Community Library in order to keep informed about update.

Accessibility Requirements

The current admin user interface almost certainly fails on several accessibility fronts, but at a minimum these updates should make this no worse.
