Inconsistent Channel Sorting Order on Administration Page

Observed behavior

The sorting order of channels is different when the administration page is first loaded and when the language filter is cleared.

Expected behavior

The sorting order should be same as when its fresh loaded when the language filter is cleared.

User-facing consequences

Unknown.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Load the admininstration tab and look at the network activity, specifically, the request payload.
2. Then apply a language filter and clear that language filter. Look at the request payload after clearing the filter.
3. You will notice a difference in the sort ordering by name.

@Jaspreet-singh-1032 Make sure you are on hotfixes branch and your branch is up to date with upstream and then do a fresh build and try as I have done below (enable sound on the video by unmutting):-
