New order of options in the *Requirements* (edit modal)

Observed behavior

#3686 contains straight up string wording changes, but after the i18n review we also decided that some slight UX changes are also necessary:

1. Reorder the options in the Requirements (formerly What will you need select), plus the new string to go below the select field.

2. The option For beginners that is in the above drop-down should now be presented as a checkbox under Audience.
