Sync resources - Existing file thumbnails won't get synced and updated

Observed behavior

If there is an existing document thumbnail it won't get updated after applying the Sync resources option.

Expected behavior

The thumbnail should be updated correctly with the latest one.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a channel A and channel B.
2. Upload a file in channel A, add a thumbnail and then import the same file in channel B.
3. Change the thumbnail of the file in channel A and click the Finish button.
4. Go to channel B, click the Sync resources menu item, select all four checkboxes and confirm.
5. Compare the thumbnail for the same file in channel A and B.
