Admin permissions: Staff admins on Studio are unable to edit channels

Observed behavior

Users with staff/admin access to Studio are unable to make edits to channels, including republishing channels, and adding editors and viewers to channels.

Expected behavior

Users with staff/admin access to Studio should be able to edit channels that they can view, in order to render assistance to end users and for internal processes

User-facing consequences

We will not be able to help users when they have issues with their channels.
We will not be able to effectively manage access to library channels internally.

Hello @rtibbles, Will you please tell me how to get started with this issue? Also, how can I experience the admin user to get better clarity, also do I have to createsuperuser or we have admin user?
