Content Library - Download PDF summary of selected channels is not working

Summary

In the Content Library page the "Download a summary of selected channels" is not working for the PDF option. The PDF download is never generated and browser console and network errors are seen.

How to reproduce

1. Login to Studio
2. Click Content Library
3. Select Resources for coaches from the left pane
4. Click "Download a summary of selected channels"
5. Click the Download button at the bottom
6. Click the PDF option
7. See the browser console

Users are unable to download a PDF summary of selected channels from the Content Library.

@rtibbles @jonboiser I'm still experiencing the issue. The PDF is never downloaded. Here's what I get on-click the PDF option:

@radinamatic Do you know if this is a regression and this functionality was working before?

When you get a PDF report of selected channels, is it simply the just all of the PDFs you would get from a single channel combined into a single document?

Not sure as I can't recall having tested this previously, as opposed to downloading the PDF summary from single channels that was a regression and has been fixed now.

Clicking the Download a summary of selected channels link loads the bottom bar with the Download button, but clicking that button has no downloadable outcome (no PDF anywhere), just the bottom bar disappears and the console errors pile up (see in the recording above).
