RTL alignment issues

Summary

1. Top bar Kolibri Studio + hamburger menu not aligned full right when Content Library tab is active

   * Also the 0 results found (in English) but that's not a RTL issue (will file a separate one) (not extant anymore)

   

2. Active tab indicator sort of tries to catch up when browser window is resized, but lags quite a bit.
