Accepting channel invitation doesn't add channel to the list

If you accept a channel invitation, the channel doesn't get added to your channel list until you refresh

Maybe related to this, here is something I observed while testing #1922

STEP 1: I logged in as user C (user@c.com), then logged out

STEP 2: logged in as admin (a@a.com) to see:

I was like "What? I swear I could see more channels before... Where did the Pubished channel dissaper?"

After refereshing I saw my list of channels

So presumably the channel list was saved in indexDB? Maybe need some refresh hooks on login or logout.

Another weird behaviour I observed after logging in as another user I had editor functionality in the side menu of "Published channel" but after a page refresh I was switched to view-only mode (which is was the correct access rights for this user).

@jayoshih I started working on a similar issue in #2529, but hadn't notice this ticket until just now. Have you done much on this yet? I was hoping that after fixing some of the sync related issues (see here), this might be easier to tackle.

One of my next steps was to work on improving the invitation status ("soft deletion"), but I wanted to get a sense for why sometimes invitations were popping back up even after they'd been flagged as accepted. I do think this could possibly have had to do with the issues related to #2648, but haven't gotten a chance to test that yet.

Still having issues with this: once the invite has been accepted, the channel does not appear under My channels until the page is reloaded.

The 🍒 on top would be to make it appear on the first place, so the user does not have to scroll all to the bottom of the My channels list (that might be very long) to open it 😉
