Wrong number of resources reported in public channel list

Summary

The KA (bg) channel shows 4.3K resources in the channel listing:

but opening it we see one subfolder contains 6.7K resources:

so something is off (unless we have negative resources?? or two imaginary resources that get multiplied together to produce a negative count!)

Nothing too major, but could be confusing if users use counts to compare with number of resources in source.

Is the public channel list incorrect, or are the subfolder counts not being properly deduped?

It looks like there two things going on here:

1. the channel resource counts are cached and topic counts are not
2. the channel resource counts are deduped by content id, but topic counts are not (like @rtibbles said). However, this might be trickier to resolve as a resource could technically appear multiple times in a channel in different topics, counting as one resource in each, but only counting as one on the full resource count
