安装过程报错，提示兼容性有问题，这个应该怎么解决呢，对其他插件有影响吗？

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed.  This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. 
dingtalk-stream 0.17.3 requires urllib3==1.26.15, but you have urllib3 2.2.1 which is incompatible.
