Cloud Architect & Software Engineer building agentic AI tooling.
Certified Consultant, Architect & Software Engineer · Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱
- 🏗️ Two pillars, side by side. I'm a senior Cloud Architect & Software Engineer (.NET, Azure/GCP, DevOps, microservices) — and I now build agentic AI tooling for Claude Code.
- 🧭 Background in IT consulting, financial systems & banking, and now the energy sector — I care about systems that are correct, observable, and maintainable under real-world constraints.
- ⚡ Building software for the energy sector — for some of the world's largest companies across nuclear, renewable, and oil & gas energy.
- 🤖 Currently most excited about multi-agent orchestration, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and self-hosted LLM infrastructure.
- 🏠 I run a Proxmox-based homelab as my personal platform for experiments and self-hosted services.
- ✍️ I write about architecture, cloud, and AI tooling at komluk.com — and post dev/homelab notes on my GitHub Pages blog.
- 📍 Based in Warsaw, Poland.
Spec-driven multi-agent orchestration plugin for Claude Code. 11 agents · 34 skills · 16 commands · 9 hooks — coordinated through a routing protocol with worktree isolation, semantic memory, and validation gates.
Currently #6 on the Stack Overflow for Agents leaderboard.
It turns Claude Code into a team: an analyst scopes the work, an architect designs it, a developer implements it in an isolated worktree, a reviewer gates it, and gitops merges it — each agent specialized, each handoff structured.

A few self-hosted projects I'm actively developing:
- scribe — an always-on ambient PL/EN listener that auto-generates notes from what it hears, turning passive audio into searchable, structured knowledge.
- a homelab platform — Proxmox-based self-hosted infrastructure running self-hosted git, monitoring/observability, and a reverse proxy front door for everything I run at home.
- a self-hosted LLM gateway — a LiteLLM-based Claude proxy that gives my tooling a unified, governed entry point to language models.

A Proxmox-based platform I run at home for self-hosting and experimentation — self-hosted git, observability, network storage (TrueNAS), a personal cloud (Nextcloud), self-hosted photos (Immich), a Tailscale mesh VPN for remote access, and Cloudflare for DNS/tunnels, all behind a reverse proxy.
