Help page for migrating to Wordpress

Request: A help page for how to start a Wordpress migration. Some communities already have Wordpress expertise or even an existing site.  

This could reference any scripts for Wordpress migration (similar to the OJS script), and note communities that managed a Wordpress migration. If any of them write up their process, what plugins they used, &c. that could also be linked from the page.
