Local Packs

I am working on a new plugin. I would like to use minpac to manage this as well since its folder structure fits that of packs better than normal plugins. The documentation says we can use the name as the local path to the plugin.

Looks like this is not the case

Is there something I'm missing? Am I specifying this wrong?
