Includes a pydantic model for reading the rewrite rule configurations, and the RewriteEngine itself for detecting if a path matches a rule and creating a stream to the backend.

- Use LTDPROXY_REWRITES_CONFIG configuration environment variable to point to the rewrites configuration file. - Create a RewriteDependency that allows us to maintain a singleton instance of the rewrite engine. - Integrate the rewrite engine into the path handler using the dependency

The RewriteEngine can be used to match request paths and create streaming responses to an arbitrary backend, besides S3. This is useful for hosting a homepage application, for example, at the root of a site that's also protected by the LTD Proxy.
