Applet confused with LibreOffice

Assuming you have 3 files named dummy.odt, dummy.ods and dummy.odg in the same directory:

• Open dummy.odt with Writer -> So far, so good: One instance of Writer appears
• Open dummy.ods with Calc -> Issue: It displays 2 instances of Writer and passing the mouse over you see only one instance
• Open dummy.odg with Draw -> New issue It displays 2 instances of Calc (Now the sum is 4 for 3 opened windows!!)

Note: Experiment made on Mint 18 Cinnamon.
