BE-2208 CLI token param not recognized in download subcmd 

ipinfo ► ipinfo download -t $token asn
err: downloading requires a token; login via `ipinfo init` or pass the `--token` argument
ipinfo ► ipinfo download --token $token asn

ipinfo ► ipinfo download asn --token $token
