FIX: Doc format of the scaffold type information is broken

Context:

Learning igniteCLI and found the scaffold type information is pretty hard to read on the doc page

Describe the Bug:

I think it's missing the table format, or maybe should be merged with the ignite-scaffold-type section, see 91369df

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to https://docs.ignite.com/CLI-Commands/cli-commands#ignite-scaffold-type
2. read "type information" under the "ignite scaffold type" section

Expected Behavior:

the section is readable by human

Actual Behavior:

the section is not readable by human

Environment Details:

• OS:
• Ignite Version: Provide the output of the ignite version command.
• Go Version: Provide the output of the go version command.
• Other Relevant Tools: (e.g., node, npm, or other dependencies, if applicable)
