Sometimes, when the plugin changes accounts, OpenCode displays the following message:
Your authentication token has been invalidated. Please try signing in again.
Need to restart OpenCode to successfully change the account.

The platform used is Windows 11.

I just merged a shareable-debug logging path since I don’t currently run multiple accounts myself anymore, so the most helpful next step would be logs from your environment when the failure happens. Please reproduce with the new debug enabled using either of these:

1. Temporary env flag for a single run:
   OPENCODE_OPENAI_MULTI_SHAREABLE_DEBUG=1

2. Persistent config flag in ~/.config/opencode/codex-config.jsonc:

   "shareableDebug": true
   }
   }

This mode writes privacy-safe structured logs only:

• ~/.config/opencode/logs/codex-plugin/shareable-debug.jsonl
• ~/.config/opencode/logs/codex-plugin/shareable-debug-state/incidents/

It pseudonymizes account/session identifiers and does not include raw tokens, cookies, auth headers, or request bodies.

IPlease reproduce the account-switch failure once with the debug mode enabled and attach:

• shareable-debug.jsonl
• any files from shareable-debug-state/incidents/
• your OpenCode version
• whether the failure happened in an existing chat or a brand-new chat

Please do not turn on the older header snapshot/body debug flags for this report - those are insecure and only for local debug use.

Hopefully this gives better insight into what's going on.
