Hi, I'm not sure we need any of this, I'm sorry! CONTRIBUTING.md and LICENSE.md are both standard paths, so I don't know if we need them in the README, and we don't really need the Hacktoberfest banner either. |

Alright that makes sense. Although I do feel it would make it easier for people to check if this repo is part of hacktoberfest or not. Also, the CONTRIBUTING and LICENSE section makes the README complete. But I still understand what you're trying to say! |
