Trading & Decision Systems (3)
Kyan Dashboard — trading structure review

Built for Kyan Stage 2 Options competition. Decision logging and trading structure review surface. Finished 48th place overall and 16th in level of complexity exhibited — really enjoyed it.

App: https://kyan-dashboard-7hybvva7xikwuhwdqz72jj.streamlit.app/

Purpose: Track decisions → outcomes → structural errors. Reduce narrative bias in hindsight reviews.

Nobody Cares — personal improvement system

Designed for quality input logging, patterns over time, not a feelings database. Leads to better decisions.

🌍 How other people do this

  • People do this, but usually in less integrated ways:
  • Traders keep trade journals in spreadsheets or apps (logging entry, exit, rationale, outcome).
  • Sports bettors track bets in Google Sheets or specialized apps, sometimes noting “edge” or intuition.
  • Knowledge workers use tools like Notion, Obsidian, or Roam to capture notes, projects, and reflections.
  • Decision scientists recommend “decision journals” — writing down your reasoning before outcomes, then reviewing later to learn.

** Mine combines all of those into one CLI system:**

  • Quick capture when overwhelmed (nc q …).

  • Full structured logging when you have time (nc risk …).

  • Pattern detection (nc patterns …).

  • Output generation (nc content …) to share insights externally.

  • Full sweet of examples pre-programmed with detailed guides when-to-log / daily_guide / quick_start.

  • Currency / bankroll support regardless of currency and no need to convert yourself, basically an entire sharp bettor (risk connisseur value edgy mfer) suite built into it.

  • Increasing difficulty periodic reviews posed to oneself. This is something to grow with you over time, baked in goodness from my professional years of doing things.

    **Thoughts hoomans cunty

Phased architecture:

  1. Daily entry foundation
  2. Web3 alpha brief generator
  3. Automated data collection
  4. Trading performance analysis
  5. Skills & monetization tracking
  6. Improvement tracking & templates
  7. Output generation suite
  8. Pattern recognition & insights

Learning

Expand

Many things; I'm a curious always wanna learn new and pass on:

  • Options trading structure analysis
  • Greeks-aware positioning and scaling
  • Decision systems and pattern recognition
  • Research automation workflows
  • Expected Updated shared library transferable skills in progress _ probably hosted dashboard workflow categorised on Streamlit/Vercel if not also in the form of a game you're learning fun.

Onchain

Expand
  • Base / Sepolia — Contracts launched, practiced deployment
  • Farcaster MiniApps — Attempted launching via minidev and clanker (not successful)
  • Want to learn — Arc network (private and public)

General Notes

Paused / Archive
DeFi Research Space — collaboration hub (paused)
  • Intended as a shared space for research, resources, and +EV opportunities
  • Temporarily paused while personal systems mature

Repo: https://github.com/hrt127/defi-research-space

Working Constraints

Intuition is logged as inputs, not truth

Outcomes matter more than explanations

Patterns over isolated wins or losses

Opinions are data; they change with evidence

Systems help prevent self-deception

What This Repo Is / Is Not

A public index of active systems, a memory anchor, a way to re-enter context. Not a portfolio or complete disclosure of infrastructure.
