The testnet addresses for PYTH-ORACLE-CONTRACT-TESTNET and PYTH-STORAGE-CONTRACT-TESTNET in the Hiro Clarity documentation were incorrect.

This fix ensures developers using testnet get accurate contract references for pyth-oracle-v3 and pyth-storage-v3.
