"Found one or more unnamed internal libraries. " check in `cabal check` is cruft

This is the check.

To Reproduce

The problem is you cannot reproduce it. If you leave library unnamed and slap a visibility: internal, this field (visibility) will be not recognised.

Expected behavior

See if there is a way to trigger this check or axe it.

Maybe it could be changed to an assert since it isn't supposed to be possible.

Same for (invalid name on windows). Parsec already takes care of that. Reference string:
