chore: add with * syntax to context tools

Basic example

chat: true
context: foo with *

Say hi

echo This is the input: ${GPTSCRIPT_INPUT}

Run with gptscript --debug-messages test.gpt and you will see taht the system message for request will have the input in it.

test.gpt> first
