This hack makes the following incantation work:
Env vars:

OPENAI_API_KEY=***
OPENAI_API_TYPE=AZURE
OPENAI_AZURE_DEPLOYMEN=gpt-4-default
OPENAI_BASE_URL=https://*****.openai.azure.com/

command:

gptscript --default-model "gpt-4" --cache=false ./examples/echo.gpt --input "hi"
