Feature Request: Divider

Would be nice to have some sort of divider element to use like described here:
http://www.google.com/design/spec/components/dividers.html#
(and maybe use them for a nicer core-list)

Just a thought, but this at most should be a class (or default styling) for the <hr> element. Anything more will just create DOM overhead without purpose. Just my two 2ct.
