I'm working on the cifuzz integration for apache/trafficserver#10462, but running cifuzz is taking a lot of resources, as mentioned in this issue comment.

AFS thinks a runner is a viable option, apache/trafficserver#10462 (comment).

What does the OSS-Fuzz team think about this approach?

I believe in this, you don't even need cifuzz, the cluster will do the job.
