VK - gltf_viewer display render artifacts when resizing the window on a linux desktop

Describe the bug
When resizing the viewer window you can see rendering artifacts

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open gltf_viewer
2. Resize window

Expected behavior
The output doesn't show any visual artifacts when resizing the window

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux
• GPU: AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 Series (RADV POLARIS12)
• Backend: Vulkan
• Vulkan device driver: radv Mesa 24.2.8-1
