The metrics page (added in #1686) documents functionality from ADK Python's
_metrics.pymodule, which has not shipped in any stable release. This PR removes the metrics page, its nav entry, and its link from the observability index to avoid documenting unreleased functionality. The page content will be restored in another PR once a stable ADK Python release includes the metrics module.
