- max-patch-files
- timeout-minutes

- report-failure-as-issue

- scripts

Also add 'mentions config' table-test case to TestAddHandlerManagerConfigEnvVar
in compiler_safe_outputs_config_test.go, confirming that MentionsConfig is
serialised into GH_AW_SAFE_OUTPUTS_HANDLER_CONFIG alongside the 'add_comment'
handler key.
