🚀 Enhance update command with extension and PR support

Summary

• Added GitHub extension update check during workflow update process
• Introduced --pr flag to create pull requests with workflow changes
• Implemented workflow compilation after updates

• Added checkExtensionUpdate() to check for gh-aw extension updates
• Created runCompileWorkflows() to recompile all workflows after updates
• Implemented createUpdatePR() for automated PR generation
• Extended UpdateWorkflowsWithExtensionCheck() to handle new update workflow
• Added new --pr flag to update command
