Copilot-engine egress to api.githubcopilot.com is restored and scheduled Copilot agent steps now run with normal token usage. audit-diff of the failed incident run vs a recovered run shows the model endpoint going from 0 → 10 allowed requests. Direct recovery confirmed: PR Triage Agent succeeded at 13:43 UTC (§27141913977) — agent step success, 247,251 tokens.
