Update from source seems not to be working

1. I added a workflow to https://github.com/fsprojects/FSharp.Control.AsyncSeq

gh aw add-wizard githubnext/agentics/repo-assist

This added the workflow with this source added:

2. I pushed a commit to githubnext/agentics githubnext/agentics@b688915

3. I ran gh aw update repo-assist in https://github.com/fsprojects/FSharp.Control.AsyncSeq

This seemed to think the workflow now needed updating but then said it was already up-to-date:
