`v1` tag returns `stat cmd/oidc-debug.go: no such file or directory` and `main` works as expected

This fails

      - name: Debug OIDC Claims
        uses: github/actions-oidc-debugger@v1

and returns stat cmd/oidc-debug.go: no such file or directory

Could you folks

• Update the v1 tag on the repo to pin the same sha as main
• Update the README.md to use the tag v1 instead of main
