Stackhead user for deployment #109
Description
During server setup a stackhead user and group (UID 1412) is created.
We should check if that user is used correctly and if there are cases where it should be.
- Check that all files created via StackHead should be created by this user
- Use stackhead user for project deployment playbooks instead of root
