Overview

There should be a extended variety of user types on top of the existing superuser/project maintainer/normal user paradigm. This would allow us to, for example, restrict uploading of CI results to CI users only.

Adding to this:

It would allow a group of people, lets name them 'maintenance-group', keep the list of patches clean where the people who do not log in every time after a patch has been commited or otherwise solved just keep it cluttering up.

This behavior seems to be impossible at the moment, only people with accounts can mark their own patches or the superuser/owner of the project.
