Hello Expo team,
I'm writing to request a refund for 14 iOS builds that were accidentally triggered today (July 5, 2026) by an automation script without my explicit authorization to incur charges.
Account Information
Issue Description
An AI automation script was running on my local machine to check my Apple Developer account status. The script was supposed to run only a single "preview" build for verification. However, it proceeded to submit 14 additional iOS builds (7 preview + 7 production) across 7 projects without my explicit consent to incur charges.
I was not aware that the script had triggered these builds until after they were completed. I do not intend to use these builds and would not have submitted them if I had been asked for confirmation.

Request
I respectfully request that the charges for these 14 builds be refunded from my account. I understand that EAS has a pay-as-you-go model, but these builds were triggered by an error in an automation script, not by a deliberate action on my part.
I have already canceled my EAS plan (Starter - $19/month) as of today, and the billing cycle ends on July 7, 2026. I would appreciate if this refund could be processed before the next billing cycle.
I am also willing to delete these builds from my EAS account if that helps with the refund process.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Zhiwen Gao
