Strange . . .

Get the following error unless I load ggplot2 even if only using dotPlotm:

Error in mkDotPlotDataFrame(seq1, seq2, wsize, wstep, nmatch) :
function 'enterRNGScope' not provided by package 'Rcpp'
Calls: dotPlotg -> mkDotPlotDataFrame -> .Call

Looks like it may be the NAMESPACE problem
It's working for me when I try below commond in R

i fixed the issue by adding import(Rcpp) in the NAMESPACE and rebuilding the package afterwards.
