This release is recommended for operators for the upcoming Fusaka upgrade on Mainnet. The changes in this release allow operators to use non-supernodes as their upstream beacon node 🔥

Note: Lighthouse v8.0.0 users will need to update to v8.0.1 to use a Checkpointz endpoint that is running v0.30.0 of Checkpointz.
