Added examples for the FTM feature.
Initiator - Request FTM frames to Responder.
Responder - Respond to the Initiator the FTM frames.
Supported only by ESP32-S2 and ESP32-C3.
Tested using ESP32-S2-Saola-1, ESP32-C3-DevKitC and ESP32-C3-DevKitM.
