Plugin removes blank lines in note embeds

For some reason, enabling the plugin causes line breaks in embedded notes to disappear.

Here's the issue recreated in the Sandbox vault:

This deserves the prize of the strangest bug of 2025 😅
It was a hell to debug and was due to a wrong :global CSS rule hidden in some file!
Should be now fixed in 6.0.4.
