Flatten customFieldsData, trackedData fields in customer, company models

Storing values in a format like following is creating too many mapping fields in elastic search

customFieldsData: {
   [field1Id]: "value1",
   [field2Id]: "value2",
   ...
}

Describe the solution you'd like
Store above info like following

customFieldsData: [
   { field: "field1", value: "value1" },
   { field: "field2", value: "value2" },
   ...
]
